Treat social media like a conversational tool not as a megaphone : how to be more effective on social media?

As many jobs are, doing social media can sound easy for people out of the business. But doing it right and thoroughly require skills and educational background that not everyone has.

So Tod Meiser and Chris Yandle, in an article on Front Office Sports blog’s, underscored some points on how social media sports pros can get better?

They listed 4 points sports brands, clubs, …,  should improve on social media to be more effective instead of shooting their messages and don’t try to make their content “social”.
